Not Broken. Just Buried—What Paradiso Showed Us

Paradiso wasn’t a conference.

It was a reset.

A chance to step away from the noise, the pressure, the pace—and get back to what actually matters.

It reminded us of something important:

You’re not crazy.
The world is.
And the industry?
It’s shifting fast—because the ground beneath it is shaking.
And unless you know who you are, it’s easy to get swept up and lose your way.

We’ve all fallen into the same trap:

  • How do I get ahead?
  • How do I stay relevant?
  • How do I do more, faster, better?

That mindset might make you productive—
but it won’t make you fulfilled.

You stop creating from truth.
You start creating to survive.
And slowly, your voice goes quiet.

Not gone—
just buried.

That’s why we built Paradiso.

Not for content.
Not for networking.
But for clarity.

To slow down.
To reconnect.
To ask better questions.

And here are the three biggest ones we faced:

What Paradiso Reminded Us

1. Why do I feel stuck, even when I’m working nonstop?

Because working nonstop doesn’t guarantee progress.

You can be productive and still feel empty.
Busy and still be broke.
Booked and still be burned out.

You’re not behind.
You’ve just lost connection with what actually creates value—internally and externally.

The truth is:
When you’re doing work that lights you up, money becomes a byproduct.
When you’re just grinding to survive, money becomes a trap.

Forget Faster. Follow the Feeling.

→ Try this:

Don’t ask: How can I make more money?

Ask: Where am I still willing to get lost in the work—because I believe in it?

That’s the stuff people pay attention to.
That’s the stuff people pay for.

2. Why isn’t my work getting the attention it deserves?

Because most of us are making what we think people want.
We’re trying to serve demand—
instead of what we truly believe in.

Work that matters doesn’t follow demand.
It creates something honest. Then demand follows it.

The Work That Matters Isn’t Polished. It’s Real.

→ Try this:

Don’t ask: How do I get the outcome I want?

Ask: What’s worth protecting in this idea?

3. Why do I still feel lost—even when I’m “successful”?

Because metrics don’t equal meaning.
Success doesn’t always mean satisfaction.

Feeling lost isn’t the end.
It’s usually the start of something deeper.

Feeling Lost? Good. That Means You’re Growing.

→ Try this:

Don’t ask: What’s the insight?

Ask: What hurts? What haunts me? What needs to be said?

What Paradiso Gave Us

  • Time to actually think and feel again
  • Real people, not performers
  • Permission to stop pretending and start showing up fully

And this:

Being in one space with legends, rising stars, peers, and people just like you—will change you.

Not because they have the answers.

But because they remind you that you’re not alone in asking the big questions.

This wasn’t about reinventing ourselves.
It was about reconnecting with what’s been there all along.

If you’re feeling stuck or disconnected—Paradiso might be what you’ve been needing.

  • You’re not broken. You’re just buried.
  • You don’t need more hustle. You need more honesty.
  • You don’t need another strategy. You need to come back to yourself.

I’ll be sharing more soon — tools, stories, and conversations from Paradiso that can help you reset your own creative rhythm.

But if this hit something in you, don’t wait.

→ Reply. DM me. Let’s talk before you forget what made you start.

To everyone who joined us in Mérida:

Thank you.

You didn’t just attend.
You showed up.
You made it matter.
